For our first day on Philip’s poem, we will read pp. 1-76 in the body of the poem (the sections called “Os” and “Sal”), plus the “Glossary” and “Gregson vs. Gilbert” (at the end of the book). You may wish to read “Gregson vs. Gilbert” first, or you may wish to read the poem first — it is up to you!
